I found that Oakley didn’t have the lenses I needed for my frames. Julian was a real gem, going above and beyond to help me out with expert suggestions on different lenses and Oakley frames. My selected glasses showed up really fast and they look amazing. Working with Posh Eyes and Julian was just a fantastic experience - excellent service, knowledgeable advice, speedy delivery, top-notch product, and great communication. They really care about making sure the customer is satisfied. I’m definitely coming back for more!

I ordered some sunglasses for £140, and they showed up today. When I opened the case, I realized they sent me a terrible color instead of what I wanted. I shot them an email right away, asking to return the wrong ones for the correct pair or to get my money back. But they refused to help me out! Instead, they offered me the option to pay an extra £70 plus delivery for the lenses I actually wanted. So, just a heads up if you decide to shop with them! 😡😡😡

I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the service from this company. The glasses came with thin lenses, and the outcome is excellent; they look like high quality. I always opt for the thinnest lenses since my prescription is pretty strong, and I've tried other online retailers that I thought were top-notch before, but Posh Eyes seems to be the best I've dealt with so far. The delivery was super quick after they shipped. My only small complaint is that they could do a better job keeping me updated on the order status, but I’d definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I ordered Ray-Ban glasses with lenses that have the etching on the frames. Man, Julian provided such awesome service, and they got here super fast! The Ray-Ban lenses are just fantastic, totally worth the small extra cost. I’ll definitely return in the future and would recommend this to anyone. I'm so happy with my new specs!

I can't imagine being without my Silhouette glasses for long, so I chose Posh Eyes after a friendly phone chat with Julian. He promised he could re-glaze them while I waited at his workshop in Chalgrove. On the day I went in, he got it done in under an hour! Even though the glasses had to be custom made since they are rimless, they were shipped to the US in just a week. The package reached Illinois within another week. The lens quality is fantastic. I've tried posh eyes several times and will keep getting my products from them. I appreciate that they include a little travel size option. They're super helpful whenever I've got questions. There was one time my order didn't show up after a two-week wait, but they were really nice and sent me a replacement.
